Traub voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time for receiving bids on the
24 inch pipe line, under the old. City Ditch on North First Street near the Curtis park
and the bid of Hardy and Richings in the sum of X1721.80 for concrete pipe being the
lowest and best bid; said, contract is hereby awarded to them and the Mayor and. City Clerk
are-hereby authorized to enter into a contract therefor; carried, Dudlev,Hedges and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
