hEOVed. by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that the City Clerk give notice to contractors by
publication for the improvement of the old city ditch by the cons-truction of a 24 inch pipe
line -;liere the same crosses No. Firzt 8t. near the Curtis Park; said bids to be received
on 11onday, December 22nd,1924, at 10 o`clock A.M. carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting
aye on roll call .
Moved by Traub, seconded by DLIdley, that this being the time for receiving bids for the
care and disposal of garbage for a term of two years commencing January lst,1926, and
ending December 31st , 1926, and the bid of A.-B. Coleman and V`JT1. Coleman in the sure of
,'14,398.00 for said -oeriod bein,_ the lowest and best bid, said contract is hereby awarded
to them; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
I3loved by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that the bond of Geary and DeBlasio, Contractors, in
the sun, of �,'• 124,488.33 for-the construction of an irrigation system on 'Rest Yakima Ave.,
and. other streets in the City of Yakima, in Local Improv-- mei-it District. No. 395, is hereby
approved and placed on file with the City Clerk; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting
aye on roll call.
