The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and Traub
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley, seconded by ?iedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
September 29th,1924, and adjourned -- meeting thereof be approved as-read; carried, Dudley,
Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Hedges, seconded by Traub, that the following claims be allowed and t'he City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on
roll call.

i�ESOLUTION NO-B-865, WHEREAS, it is necessary to levy a property tax of sixteen mills on
the dollar, for the payment of current expenses, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission efthe City of Yakiraa,Washington, has,
by a unanimous vote of all of its members, at a regular meeting of said Commiusion, voted
in favor of levying a property tax for the payment of current expenses, in the sum of
sixteen mills on the dollar,

YAKI1.1A, WASHINGTON:
That there be, and there i s he reby levied a ;property tax of sixteen mills
on the dollar forthe payment of the current expenses for the year 1925.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY C0I01ISS.ION this 6th day of October,1924.

for the :year.' 192 5, it is ordered that adjournment be taken on the final passage thereof to

amount of the estimated expenditures of the City of Yakima, for the ensuing year, to
