Geary, in. the sum of OP1070.96; said work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer instructed to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll by publication as required by law nor Monday,.October 27th,1924, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Dudley,Hadges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the City Engineer having reported the completion of the construction of the cement sidewalk on I.Iaple Street in Local Improvement District No. 393, by th'e contractor, P.A. Geary, in the sum of 4P1229.41; said work is hereby completed and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said distric and the City Clerk authorized-to give notice of hearing on said roll by publication as required by law, for Monday', October 27th, 1924, at 9 o',clock A.M. carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
