The City Commission met in regular session, '.Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and Traub
voting aye on roll call.
Moved ,by Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
September 22nd,192'4, be approved-as-read; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the payrolls from September 15th to September 26th
1924 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor;.carried, Dudley,
Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.

ORDINANCE NO.A -866•, entitled: "An Ordinance fixing the-.time of delinquency of the assessments
levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvements in Local Improvement
District No. 378, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for.the
payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was, introduced by Traub and read by the City Clerk.

and read by title only; carried;Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Hedges, seconded by Dudley, that the following• payrolls be allowed for the month
of September,1924, and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: various
Depts.,$1973.29; Health Dept., $1668.83; Meat Insp. Dept., $266.66; Police Dept., $2445.00;
Fire Dept., -11;63719.90; Engineering Dept., $1578-04; Fixed Estimate Dept . , $115.00 ; Park Dept.,
$250.00 and Cemetery Dept., $135.00; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll cal
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the Ci.ty:tEngineer having reported the completion
of the construction of the cement.sidewalk on Nineteenth Avenue in Local Improvement Distric
No. 391, by the contractor, W.M. Yeaman, in the sum of $1100.88; said work is hereby
accepted and the City Bngineer instructed to prepare an assessment roll for said district
and..t �e Cityl. .Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll by publication as
required by law for Monday, October 27th,1924, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Dudley,Hedges
and Traub voting aye on roll call.

of the construction of cement sidewalks on Spruce Street in Loda,l Improvement District
No. 392, by the contractor, R.A. Geary, in. the sum of OP1070.96; said work is hereby
accepted and the City Engineer instructed to prepare an assessment roll for said district
and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll by publication as
required by law nor Monday,.October 27th,1924, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Dudley,Hadges
and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the City Engineer having reported the completion
of the construction of the cement sidewalk on I.Iaple Street in Local Improvement District
No. 393, by th'e contractor, P.A. Geary, in the sum of 4P1229.41; said work is hereby
completed and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said distric
and the City Clerk authorized-to give notice of hearing on said roll by publication as
required by law, for Monday', October 27th, 1924, at 9 o',clock A.M. carried, Dudley,Hedges
and Traub voting aye on roll call.

Traub voting aye on roll call.
