The "City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and Commissioners Hedges and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday
September 15th,1924, be approved as read; carried, Dudley,11edges and Traub voting aye on
roil call.
Ifloved. by Traub ,�"" seconded by Hedges, that the bond of the Oregon Construction Company
in the sum of 645,254.99 for the construction of, a sewer system in Local Improvement
District No. 394, is hereby approved and placed on file with the City Clerk:':;carried,
Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley, seconded by Traub, that there being no further business to transact
we do now adjourn; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. .
