The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley and Commitsioners - Hedge*s' and Traub
voting aye -on roll call.
Moved by Dudley; seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday,
September 2ndl924, be approved as read; carried, Dudley,Hedges-an d Traub'`voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Hedges, seconded by Dudley, that the following claims be allowed and. the City Clerk
authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll
call.

Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time for receiving bids on the
Sewer System for Summitview Avenue and other streets in said city in Local Improvement
District No. 394; said bits were .....read--,'._ and tabulated by the City Engineer to -be
reported on at 4 o'clock P.M. carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
.Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that this b -eing the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 387, for the construction of an irriga-
tion system for Lots::7 to 16, Block 250; and no objections being presented in writing or
.otherwise to said assessment or any part thereof, it is- ordered that the ordi -nance con-
firming said assessment roll be passed.as finally read; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub
voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO-A-863, entitled:" An Ordinance confirming the Assessment Roll covering Local
Improvement District No. 387, as established by Ordinance No.A- 843'19f7. the Ordinances of
the City of Yakima" was introduced by Traub, and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Hedges, seconded by Traub, that Ordinance No.A -863 be passed to its second read
and read by title only; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.

ORDINANCE NO.A- 864,entitl.ed: "An Ordinance confirming the Assessment Roll covering Local
Improvement District No. 388, as established by Ordinance No.A -845 of the.Ordinances of,
the City of Yakima" was introduced by Traub, and read by the City Clerk.

and read by title only; carried,-Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.

City of Yakima ", was introduced by Traub, and read by the City Clerk.

for Suramitview Avenue and .-other streets in said city in Local Improvement District No. 394
be rejected with the exception of the bids of Hardy and Richings and the Oregon Construction
Company; said bids to be considered on Monday, September 15th,1924, -at 9.o'clock A.M.
carried, Dudley,Hed.ges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that we do now adjourn; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub
voting aye on roll call.
