Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that this being-the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in Local - Improverent District No. 389, for the construction of a cement
concrete sidewalk on Lincoln Avenue et al, there being no objections filed in writing or
otherwise to said improvement, it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment
roll be passed as finally read.; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
