The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Dudley-and Commissioners Hedges and Traub
voting aye on roll c all.
Moved by Dudley, seconded by Traub that the minutes of

ordinance creating a Local Improvement District be laid on-the table for one week; carried,
Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.

construction of al° cement. concrete - sidewalk on the, - south side of east Spruce Street from

-being the lowest and best bidder in the sum of.$1071.00 said contract-was awarded to him
.and the Mayor ,and City Clerk are hereby. authorized to enter- into a contract therefor;

construction of a cement concrete sidewalk on. the, east - side- of .South. Seventh Stree °t from
Maple Street t'o:.Beech Street in- Local, Improvement District No. 393, and R.A. • Geary being
tine lowest and best bidder-in -the sum of $1238.57, it is ordered that said contract be
awarded to him and the Mayor -and -City Clerk are hereby .authorized .to enter into a'' contract

for coal for the various departments for the year 1925; and'the bid.of. the Yakima Union
Coal Company at $6.60 per ton .delivered is- hereby/, accepted; carried, Dudley,Hedges and
Traub voting aye on roll call.. i

assessment roll in Local. Improvement District No. 385, for the construction of a sewer
beginning at the intersection of Fast Yakima. Avenue and °nNorth Ninth Street et al. a.nd no
:protests being presented in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or�any mart thereof
it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said roll be passed as finally read; carried,
Dudley,Hedges_and.Traub voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO-A-858, entitled: "An Ordinance confirming the Assessment Roll covering Local
Improvement District No. 385, as established by Ordinance No.A -837 of the Ordinances of the
City of Yakima ", was introduced by Traub and read b- the City Clerk..

and read by title only; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
