Moved by Dudley, seconded by Traub that the minutes of llth•,1924, be-approved-as read; carried, Dudley,Hedges Moved by Traub,.seconded by Hedges;.that the following to August 16th,1924, and the City Clerk authorized to Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye oh .roll call. the regular meeting of Monday, August and Traub .voting aye on roll. call., payrolls be allowed from August 4th issue warrants therefor; carried, Loved by _Traub, seconded b-•= Dudley, that this being the time and. place for the hearing on Resolution No.B -863,, for the construction of a. sewer- in the Summit.view District and no protests .being: entered in- writing or otherwise. to said improvement it is ordered that the ordinance creating a Local Improvement District be laid on-the table for one week; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. . Geary -being the lowest and best bidder in the sum of.$1071.00 said contract-was awarded to him .and the Mayor ,and City Clerk are hereby. authorized to enter- into a contract therefor; . carried, . Avenue and °nNorth Ninth Street et al. a.nd no :protests being presented in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or�any mart thereof it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said roll be passed as finally read; carried, Dudley,Hedges_and.Traub voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO-A-858, entitled: "An Ordinance confirming the Assessment Roll covering Local Improvement District No. 385, as established by Ordinance No.A -837 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Traub and read b- the City Clerk.. Moved by Hedges, seconded by Traub, that Ordinance No.A -858 be passed to its second reading and read by title only; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
