Moved by Dudley,, seconded:by Hedges, that the minutes .of the regular meeting of Monday,
August 4th,1924, and adjourned meeting- thereof be approved as read; carried, Dudley and
Hedgea*oting aye on roll :call, Traub absent.

authorized to "issue warrants therefor; carried, Dudley and Hedges voting aye.on roll call,
Traub absent.
Loved by Hedges, seconded by Dudley, that, this being the time and place for receiving bids
for the construction of a.concrete cement .sidewalk on Nineteenth" Avenue in Lccal.Improve-
vent District No :• 391 and 7.M. Yeaman being the lowest and best bidder; it is hereby ordered
that said contractor be awarded-said contract in-the sum. of $1070.40.• and the Mayor. and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into .a contract therefor•; carried, Dudley-and Hedges.

General `ffater System, in: Local Improvement. District No.: 387, by force account amounting to
149.2.63, is ,:hereby accepted and the, City Engineer is hereby' authori -zed to prepare an
assessment roll and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of .hearing on said roll by
publication as required by law; said hearing to be on Monday, Septer�ber"_8th,.1924, at 9
o'clock A.M. carried, Dudley and Hedges voting aye on roll call, Traub - absent.:

General Water'System in Local Improvement District No. 388, by the contractors,. Dingle and
DeBlasio`, in -the . sum- of X1681.46-is hereby accepted .and the City Engineer hereby authorized
to prepare an assessment. roll therefor and the City Clerk authorised to .give notice of'
hearing :on said roll by publication as required .by law; said- hearing-to be -,.Monday, September
8th,1924, at 9 o.'.clock A.M. carried, Dudley and Hedges voting aye oh roll--call., Traub absent"

for said district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll by
publication as required by law; said hearing to be on Monday, September 8th;1923, at 9
o'clock A.M. carried, Dudley and Hedges voting aye on roll call, Traub absent.
