Loved by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution No.D -860 for the construction of a cement concrete sidewalk .on the east side of south Seventh Street from Maple Street to Leech Street etc., and no objection being made in writing, iy is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement district be laid on the- table for one week; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution No. D -861, for the construction of a cement sidewalk on the south side of Spruce Street from Naches Avenue to South Second Street, and no objections being presented it is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement district be laid on the. table for one creek; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub vot�ing aye on roll call.
