Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution No. 2-856 for constructing a sewer in the New Nob Hill District, and no protests being filed against said improvement it is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement distric be laid on the table for one week; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that this being the date for the hearing on Resolution No.B -857 for the construction of a Portland cement concrete sidewalk on Nineteenth Avenue South from Division Street-td j'lest Chestnut Street and no protests being filed. against said improvement, it is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement district be laid on the table for one week;_.carried, Dudley,,Hedges. -and Traub voting aye on roll call. Loved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the `completion of the improvement of the construct- ion of the sewer in the alley east of North Ninth Street in Local .Improvement District No. 385, by the contractors, Coluccio & Erickson, in the :gum of x;52,77.69, is hereby; accepted and the City Engineer instructed to prepare an assessment roll therefor, and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of said hearing for Monday, August 18th,1924, a -t 9 o'clock.
