The City Connission met in -regular session, Lia.yor Dudley and. Commissioners- Hedges and. Traub
voting aye on- roll call.

7th,1024, be approved as read; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting ayelon roll-call.

the sum of t`- 1682.15, for the construction of Sub - District No.9, of the General 'later
System in Local Improve��ent District No. 388, is hereby appro "veci, and. filed with the City
Clerk; carried, Dudley,Hedges and_Traub voting aye on roll call.
Droved. by Train, seconded by Hedges that this being the time and. place for receiving bids
for the construction of a cement concrete sidelrralk on Lincoln Ave., i.n Local Improvement
District No. 389, and the bid of Hardy & ?ichings, contractors, being. the lowest and best
bidder, said contract was awarded to them 'in the sum of $923.44, and the Mayor and City
Clark are hereby authorized. to enter into a contract therefor; carried, Dudley,Hedges and
Traub voting, afire on roll call..
Moved b H.ed.ges, seconded by Dudle -,r, that this being the time and. place for receiving bids
on the 1;13,000 Fire Apparatus bond issue, and the City of Yakima being the lowest. and best
bidders, for par. and 4% interest; it is ordered that said bonds be purchased as an
i.nveztment for the Bond Sinking Fund; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the completion of ti-,e improvement of covering
the Old Union Pitch.and the.Pacific Power & Light Company's.wasteway by the contractors,
Coluccio & Erickson.; with the exception of removing the excavated material deposited by
them on the north bank of P.P. & L 15asteway between First Avenue North and Sixth Avenue
North; said contractors having deposited viith the city a check for $,,300.00 to cover the
cost of this incompleted -work; said. improvement is hereby accepted; carried, Dudley,
Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.,
Moved by Dudley, seconded by Hedges , that we do now adjourn; carried, Dudley:;_ Hedges and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
