Traub voting aye on roll call.

June 30th,1924, and adjourned. meeting thereof_, be approved as read; carried, Dudley, Hedges
and Traub voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Dudley, seconded by Traub, that the claim of Ed Thomas in the sum o f $50.00 for
injury sustained on sprinkling wagon, and the claim of the Clark Plumbing Co., for damages
to stock by reason of accident by the Food Inspector in the sum of $22.20 are :hereby allowed
and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the accident fund for the payment thereof
carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Loved by Traub, seconded. by Hedges, that this being the time and place for receiving bids
on the irrigation system in Local Improvement District No. 388, and the bid of Dingle &
DeBlasio, i -n the sum of x'1682.15 being the only bid received, said contract was awarded to
said contractors, and the Ilayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into a contract therefor;
carried., Dudley,iledges and Traub voting aye on roll call.

That it is its intention to improve the east side of South Seventh.Street from

South .Eighth Street-.;' all in the City of Yakima,vFlashington, by the construction of Portland
cement concrete sidevra.lks six (6) feet in width, together with the necessary alley crossings
a.nd by floing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith;. all in
accord-ance wit�,i the .pla.ns - and.__speclfications. therefor, prepared by the City Engineer and
fi1_ed with the City Clerk.. All persons vrho. may desire to object to ..said .proposed. improve -
rient are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City
Corr:mi.ssion to. be held at its office in the City Office Building in the City of .Yakima,
V`lashington, at the hour of nine o'clock A. Z. on Monday, the 28th day of July,1924, which
time and. place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed

RESOLUi ION NO.B -861: HE IT RESOLVED BY .TIBET CITY C012- AISSION OF THR CITY OF YAKIMA,VIASHINGTON:
That it is its intention to improve the south side of Spruce Street
from Naches Avenue to South Second Street, all in the City of Yak ira,Washington, by the
construction of Portland cement concrete side,�ialk.s six (6)-feet in width,..together with the
necessary alley crossings, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connect-
ion therewith, all in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, prepared by
the. City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk..
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are
hereby notified t -o appear 'and present such- objections at a meeting. of the City Commission to
be held at its .office in the City Office Building in the City of .Yakima,lilashington, at the
hour of nine o'clock A.M. on Monday, the 28th day of July,1924, v:h.i.dh time and place are
hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed im'provement,all
