said alley to Eleventh Avenue North, said sewers to be provided with 64 brick manholes and
21 automatic flush tanks with necessary water connections therefor, and one wye branch for
each lot or 50 foot frontage to be served by the sewers herein described, and by doing all
such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith; all in accordance with the
plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the
City Clerk.

appear and pres.ent such objections at a meeting of the City Comrnissio.n toribe, held at its
offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yak ima,%rlashington, at the hour of 9
O'clock A -111. on Monday, the 21st day of July, 1924, which time and place are hereby fixed
for the hearing.of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, all objections thereto
and for determining the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby directed
to give due notice of said hearing and the intention to make the aforesaid improvement.
The cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against
all of the property legally and properly assessible therefor, as provided. by law;' and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to the time
fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and. other information required by law to be
submitted by him.

the General Water System of the City of 'Yakima, Washington, as provided by Ordinance NoA -594
of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima, Washing ton, passed by the City Commission, October
20,1921, and establishing Local Improver_ent..District No. 303.
All of the cost and expense of the construction and installation. of said pipe line
and appurtenances, acquiring and purchasing water and. water rights, enginner.ing and advertis-
ing, and all other expenses inczdent thereto, shall be assessed. against e.11 of the property
above described, in the manner provided by law.
