Moved by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that the application of NePage- McKinny Co., contractors
for the street lighting system, Local Improvement District No. 380, for an extension of
time for said construction to June 24th,192-4, instead of June 15th,1924, 'as in said contrac
stated; carried, Dudley,Hedges. and Traub voting aye on -roll call.
Loved by Hedges, seconded by Dudley, that the completion of the improvement of Sub District
Irrigation System No.5 in Local Improvement- District No. 379, by the contractor, Coluccio
& Erickson, in the- sum of $711.59 is hereby accepted, and the City Engineer instructed to
prepare an assessment roll therefor and the City Clerk authorized to give- notice of hearing
on said assessment roll for Monday,.June 30,th,1924, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Dudley,
Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.

- Resolution No.B -852 for the canstr-et.ion of- an irrigation system for Lots 7 to 16, both
•inclusive,Block 250; and no objections being presented in writing or otherwise to said
dmprove_nent, . it is ordered that the ordinance creating a local -improvement district be laid
-on the table far. one we.ek; _car-.ried,, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
- RDINANCE NO.-A-842, entitled, An Ordinance providing for the borrowing of money by the
City of Yakima;, and issuing its negotiable, serial, interest bearing, coupon bonds therefor,
for the purpose of. paying the cost and ex,,en -se of purchasing a fire apparatus and a site
for a, fire station by said city, prescribing, the form of bonds, and creating a sinking fund
to redeem said bonds -and interest ", was introduced by Dudley, and read. by -the-City Clerk.
