voting-aye _on roll call.
?roved by Dudley, seconded by Traub, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
April 14th,1924, and adj- ourned meeting thereof be approved as - read;- carried, .budley,Hedges
and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved .by.-Tra:ub, seconded by Hedges, that the hearing on Resolution No.B -850 be adjourned
to Monday, April 28th,1924, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried,: Dudley,Hedges and Traub.- voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Traub; seconded Hedges, that the bond of Coluccio & Erickson,, contractors, in the
sum:of $1876.08 -for ,constructing the Buena Vista Irrigation Systern in Local Imp-rovement
District No . 378, is hereby approved;. carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll
call..
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the bond of Coluccio & Erickson, in t'he sum of
$722.67 for :the construction of the irr.igat i_,n system)'.in .Local Improvement District No. 379,
is hereby approved; - carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye oh roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A- 837,- ent- itled: "An Ordinance providing for. the improvement -of property in the
.City of Ya,kima,Washington, by the construction of a vitrified clay pipe sewer, establishing
a Local. Improvement. District, providing. for' the. method of payment therefor, and creating
a special fund , -was introduced °by Traub,- and,. read.' by the- City Clerk.

and read. by t1t1e only; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub., voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Hedges., seconded by -Traub, that. Ordinance No.A- 83.7 -.be passed.to -.-its third reading
and read in full; .carried, Dudley,Hedges; and Traub vot -ing aye on roll call.
Moved by Hedges, seconded by _Traub, that Ordinance No.A -837 be passed as finally read;
carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting.'aye on -roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that the City Clerk give notice. to contractors by
publication as required by law for the construction of a sewer in Local Improvement District
No. 385, said bids to be received Monday, May 5th,1924, at 10 o'clock A -19. carried, Dudley,
Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
