for the Buena Vista Water System in Local Improvement District No. 378, and the bid of
Coluccio & Erickson in the sum of $1876.08 being the lowest and best bid, . said contract
is hereby awarded to said contractors and th -e Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into
a, contract therefor upon the filing of a pro -per bond by said company; carried, Dudley and
.Traub voting aye- on- roll call,• Hedges absent-
Moved by Traub, seconded by Dudley, that this being the. time and -place ;for.-receiving bids
for Sub - District No.5 Irrigation System in Local Improvement District No. 379, and the bid
of Coluccio & Erickson in the sum of $722.67 being the lowest and .best bid, 'said contract
is hereby awarded to said contractors and the Mayor and City Clerk. authorized to enter into
a contract therefor upon the filing of a proper bond. by said company; carried, Dudley and
Traub voting aye on roll call, Hedges absent.

hearing for the constructionof :a sidewalk on the wrest side of Fifth Avenue North from
YakimanAvenue to l -Jest "C" Street excepting : in front of Lot• 6,Block 290, and there being no
objections in writing or otherwise, it is hereby ordered that the ordinance creating a
local improvement district be passed.; carried, Dudley and Traub voting aye on roll call,
Hedges absent.
ORDINXTCE NO-A-835, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of certain streets
in the City of Ya.kima,T7ashington, by the construction of sidewalks, establishing a Local
Improvement District, providing the method of payment therefor, and creating a special fund"
was. -int-roduced- by Traub- and read by the City Clerk..

the construction of a sidewalk o4 the west side of Fifth Avenue North from West Yakima Avenue

hearing on the Twelfth Avenue s idewalk district and a majority of the property owners presen
ing a request that the west side of Twelfth Avenue south from 'ffest Walnut Street to Division
Street be eliminated from said district, it' is hereby ordered that said portion be elim-
inated from said district and the ordinance creating a Local Improvement District for the
remainder of said district be passed; carried, Dudley and Traub voting aye on roll call,
Hedges absent.
