RESOLUTION NO.B- 847,B11; IT RESOL_= BY THEI CITY C010,JTISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKII141,WASHINGTON: That it i-s its intention to improve the east side of Twelfth Avenue South from `Nest Yakima Avenue to Chestnut Street, excepting in front of Lot Twelve (12) in Block Four Hundred Eleven (411) in Capitol Addition, and the west side of Twelfth Avenue South from a line ninety (90) feet south of Terrace Street to West Chestnut Street and from West Walnut Street to Division Street, all in the City of Yakima,Washington, by the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks five (5) feet in width,.together with the necessary driveway crossings, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all' in accordance with the plans and specifications the_ref,,r, prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk.
