I'lloved by Dudley, seconded by Traub, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, February 4th., 1924_, be . approved. as read; carried, Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Hedges, seconded by Dudley, that claims on the Current Expense,Cemetery, Park and Playground and Hiscellaneous Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to is sue warrants therefor; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved b� Traub, seconded by Hedges, that, the bond of Yakima Cement Products Company in the sum of ., 1925.85 for furnishing mate.rial for the construction of a sewer on Clark Avenue extended., is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into a contract therefor; carried, Dudley,Hed.ges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the bond of Thomas Dingle in the sum of $56,192.00 for constructing a sewer on Clark 'ivenue and Clark Avenue extended,. is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into a contract therefor; carried, Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll roll call. Moved by-Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that 14eat Market License No. 2681 issued to Mitchell Foy to operate a meat market at No. 912 North First Street is hereby transferred to M.R. Bowman; carried., Dudlcy,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. Idoved by Dudley, seconded by Traub, that the City Clerk-is hereby authorized to draur a warrant , on the Accident Fund in the sum of $750.00 payable to Olive Dyhrman , settlement in full for damages it the case of Olive Dyhrman vs.. City of Yakima; carried, Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye-on roll call. Moved by•- Hed�.es, seconded by Traub, that the City Clerk give notice to publishers for the city printing. for the year 1924, by publication as required- by.1aw; said bids to be re- 7 ceived Monday., February 18th,1924; carried, Dudley-,Hedges and Traub voting-aye on roll call.
