Ti1oved. by Hodges, seconded by Traub, that claims on the Current Expense, Park and Cemetery Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried, .Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call. I,iove,d by' Dudley, seconded by Hedges that the bond of XePage- McKenna' Company in the sum of?26, 572.85, for constructing the street lighting system in Local Improvement District No. 380 be approved and. placed on file with the_ City Clerk; carried, Dudley,Hedges. and Traub voting aye on roll call. Ordinance No. A -826, entitled:'% "An Ordinance confirming the Assessment Roll covering Local Improvement District No. 38-1-,- as established by Ordinance No-.-A -816', of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Traub and read by the City Clerk. 11oved by Hedges,,.seconded by Traub, that Ordinance No.A -826 be passed to its second reading and read by title only; carried, Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
