Traub voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Dudley, seconded by Traub, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
January 21st,1924 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read; carried, Dudley,
Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Ti1oved. by Hodges, seconded by Traub, that claims on the Current Expense, Park and Cemetery
Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried,
.Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
I,iove,d by' Dudley, seconded by Hedges that the bond of XePage- McKenna' Company in the sum
of?26, 572.85, for constructing the street lighting system in Local Improvement District
No. 380 be approved and. placed on file with the_ City Clerk; carried, Dudley,Hedges. and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
Ordinance No. A -826, entitled:'% "An Ordinance confirming the Assessment Roll covering Local
Improvement District No. 38-1-,- as established by Ordinance No-.-A -816', of the Ordinances of
the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Traub and read by the City Clerk.
11oved by Hedges,,.seconded by Traub, that Ordinance No.A -826 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only; carried, Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Hedges, seconded by Traub, that Ordinance No.A -826' be passed to its third reading
and read in full; carried, Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.

voting aye. on roll call.
