Moved by Traub, seconded. by Hedges, that this being the time and place for the hearing on the curb lighting system. in Local Improvement District No. 380, it -is hereby declared that NePage McKenny Co., of Seattle ,Washington be awarded the contract in the sum of $26,1 72.85; said contract to include cast iron posts No.. ]..017-, as shown in "Exhibit A ", holophone glassware No.4433 with harp -type support No.1011, as shown in "-exhibit B ", oestinghouse combination safety coils and disconnecting pot -hegds and all other parts and appurtenances as specified for estimated quantities; carried, Dudley, Hedges and Traub votin aye on roll call.
