voting aye on roll .call.
I -Loved by Dudley, seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday
January 2nd,1924, be approved as read; carried, Dudley; Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the Street Payroll from December 24th,1923 to
January 5th,1924, in the stun of $807.50; Cemetery, $75.00; and Parr Payroll, in the'sum
of $22.64 be allowed ,and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried,
Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
IJoved- by Hedges, seconded by Traub, that clams on the Current Expense, Park,Cer,ietery
and Local Improvement District Fund be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue
warrants. therefor, carried; Dud•ley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded by Hedges, that the completion of the improvement for constructing
the pavement on Belmont Avenue et al, in Local Improvement District No. 381, by the
Contractors, Coluccio & Erickson in the sum of•,8 .68 is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk
directed to give notice b -,r publication a ° °3 required by law; said hearing to be Monday,
January 28th, 1924, at 9 o'clock A.IiI. carried, Dudley, Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll
call.

the sidewalks. in the ; Cit:y of Yakima and declaring an emergency ", Baas, introduced b -v
