December 24th,192'3 q-nd adjourned meeting thereof be approved. as read; carried, Dudley,

sum of 750.00 a right of way for the extension of Broy,m Avenue described as` follows:
North 20 feet of Lot 1 and -the south 20 feet of Lot 2 in Nob Hill Acre Tract and the City
Clerk is hereby authorized to issue a. warrant on the Current expense Fund therefor; Carried,
Dudley,Hedges and Traub voting aye on roll call._

the folloz;r.ing departments be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefo

ORDINANCE -NO.A- 823,e.ntitled: "An Ordinance relating to, changing and establishing the names
of certain streets and avenues in the City,of Yakima,`flashington ", was introduced by Traub
and react by the City Clerk.
11oved by Dudley, seconded by Traub, that .Ord.inance No.A -823 be passed to its second reading
and read by title only; carried, Dudley, Hedges and. Traub voting aye on roll call.
