TRESOLUTION NO.B -843, A Resolution designating J.T. Hedges to be Superintendent-of Finance and -=accounting and Henry Traub to be Superintendent of the Department of Streets and Public Improvements for the term of Three Years, commencing on the 17th dad; of December,1923, or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified. .'IIEREAS, J.T. Hedges and Henry T -,raub were duly elected commissioners of the City of Yakima, Washington, under and. -pursuant to the provisions of Chapter -16, of the Session. Laws of 1911, at the regular municipal election geld in the City of Yakima. IVashingto on the 3rd. day of Decerl'oer 1923, and have taken the oath of office as provided by law, and th official bonds of the said commissioners in the amount provided for bylaw having been approved by a judge of the Superior Court of Yakima County, 'Plashington, and thereafter filed in the offic-a of the clerk -,•of said Superior Court of Yakir-!ia Count y,`1ashington, and �JII'LEAS, Section 12, of Chapter 116 of the Session Latins, of 1911 provides that the City Commission shall at the first regular meeting after the election of its members, designate by-a majority vote one commissioner to be Superintendent of Finance and Accounting and one corrnissioner to be Superintendent of the Departient of Streets and Public Improve - rents .
