December 10th,1923.
The City Commission Diet in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and
Marble voting aye on' roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
December 3rd,1923, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read;' carried, Rovig,'
Fraser and burble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded. by Rovig, that. claims on the Current Expense, Cemetery, Park
and L.I.D. Revolving Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants
therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Ia'larble, secon;ed by Fraser, that the payrolls for the Street and Cemetery
Departr:,ents from November 26th to December lOth,1923, be allowed. and the City Clerk
authorized to issue warrants therefor.
Mloved. by Rovig, sec.o.nded. by Fraser, that all bids on the street lighting system be
rejected and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to re- advertise for new bids to be
submitted later; carried., Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
IALoved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we do now adjourn to meet Thursday,December 13th
at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Fraser, seconded.by Marble, that claims on the Current Expense, Park, Cemetery
and Local,Improvement District Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue
warrants therefor:, carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
ORDINIXCE NO-A-822, entitled: "An Ordinance adopti-ng. plans. -and specif.ica.tions for the
construction and installation of, a.curb. - lighting system upon.c.ertain streets .i.n. the City
of Yakima,-and for the advertising,for bids for the doing of the work provided for in
Ordinance No-A-815, creating Local'Improvement District No. 380� was introduced by Marble
and read. by the City Clerk.
Moved by Fraser, seconded. by Marble, that Ordinance No.A- 822'be passed to its second
reading and read by title only; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.

the Street Lighting System, LocalTmproverent District No. 380 by publication as required
by law; said".bids to be received on Friday December 28th,1923, at 10 o'clock A.M.
