The City Coiimiiissi.on r et in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fras - er,that the minutes of the regular meeting:of Monday,
November 27th,1923, and adjourned,meeting thereof-be approved as read;:carried, Rovig,
Fraser and. Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that claims on the Current Expense, Cemetery, Park
and Playground and Local Improvement Revolving Funds be allowed and the Uity Clerk
authorized to .issue warrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and LTarble 'voting aye on roll
call.
Ixioved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we.do now adjourn to meet Tuesday, December 4th
1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and .16arble voting aye on roll call.

returns of the votes cast at the General Municipal Election, held December 3rd,1923, the
following is a correct canvass of the returns thereof; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble
voting aye on ;roll call.

municipal .election of said , ci•ty at an adjourned. meeting of. a regular m- ee.ti-ng of the City
Commission held,on the 4th day of December,l923,. do hereby certify that we have carefully
and completely canvassed the returns of the votes cast at the general municipal election
held in .the City of Yakima, on the 3rd day of December.,1923, for the purpose of electing
a ka.yor and two City Cori nissioners under and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 116';
of the Session Lavis of 1911, and we find from the returns -and vot.e-s cast at said election
.that the number of votes cast for each candidate in each of the: 'twenty-seven precinat•s
in said city are as follows, to -wit: .

We, therefore, find and determine from the ,above and foregoing canvass and
totals, that the number of votes cast for 111m.•B. Dudley for Mayor are 2439, the number of
votes cast for R.D. Rovig for Mayor, are 1655, the .number of votes cast for C.E. Fraser
forCommissioner are 1178,-the number of votes cast for John T. Hedges for Commissioner,
are 2865, the number of votes cast for W.C. Iulari.an for Cormissioner are 1802 and the number
o" votes cast f•c-r Henry Traub, for Commissioner are 2101.
And vie do further find and determine that Vlm.B. Dudley has been duly elected
Mayor of the City of Yakima, and that John T. Hedges and Henry Traub have been duly
di Netted City Coru i.s.sioners of. the City of Yakima, are entitled to receive certificates
of election according to law.
