November 26th,1923.
The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 19th, 1923, be approved as read; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded- by Marble, that claims on the Current,-,Expense, Park and Playground,
L.I.D. P.evolving and Fixed Estimate Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized-to issue
warrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the Street, Park and Cemetery payrolls from
November 5th to November 24th,1923, inclusive, be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to
issue war,rgnts therefor; carried, Rovig, Fraver and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that this being the time and place for receiving bids
on the, Street Lighting System, Local Improveri.ent District No. 380sy. and of the thirteen bids
being submitted the following be rejected and certified checks returned to t'he owners- viz;
Washingtan Electric & Supply Co., Fobes Supply Co., Pacific States Electric Co., Electric
Power and Appliance Co., Yakima Plumbing and Supply Co., NePage McKinney.Co., and F.R. Smith
of Tacoma; that all other bids be retained for further consideration; the bids which are
rejected not complying with the specifications.-or incomplet.e;. carried, Rovig,Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll call,

1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll calla

the following departments be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants
therefor; Various Dents., 1,2056.63; Police Dept., $2145.00; Health Dept., $871:10; Neat
Dept., 1386.66; Fire Dept., ;`,'3452.30; Engineering Dept., 64,1452.00 and Miscellaneous Dept.,
$1060.25; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble - voting aye.on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we do now adjourn; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll call.
