T.roved by Rovig, seconded::by Fraser, that inasmuch as Monday, November 12th,1923, is
a legal,holiday, on account of Sunday, November llth,1923, being Armistice Day, the
business of the regular meeting on. Monday be transacted on Tuesday, November 13th,1923,
at 9 o'clock A.M.. carried, Rovig,Fraser and 1,111arble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 5th, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as- read; carried, Rovig,Fraser
and 1,1arble voting aye on roll call.
Moved. by Marble, seconded. by Fraser, that the street payroll, cemetery and park depart-
ment from October 29th to November 12th,1923, be allowed and the City Clerk authorized
to issue warrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye.on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that claims on the Current Expense, Cemetery, Park
and Local Improvement Revolving Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized ta-lissue
warrants-therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll cell.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that a waiver of notice be signed by the Mayor and
City Clerk.on the petition of the 0.ff.R & N Company to•the Public Service Commission fo:
the right to luy an additional spur track across Walnut Street; carried, Rovig, Fraser -
and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that firs. F.W. Nagier be appointed a member of the
Library Board, to fill the vacancy of Firs. L.O. Meigs, resigned.; the term of office to
continue to January lst,1926; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that`we do now adjourn; carried, Rovig,Fraser and
Maarble voting aye on roll call.
