TI-le -City Commissioh mgt in regular cession, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by - Rovig, ,j econded by Marble, that the minutes' of the regular meeting of Monday,
October 15th,.1923, be approved--as read; carried, Aovig,Fraser and liarble voting aye on roll
call.
I'f oved by I$;a.rble , seconded by Fraser, that this being the time and. place .for, receiving bids
for paving- Belmont - -Avenue -et al. , in Local Improvement District No. _381, and the -bid of
Coluccio & Erickson in the sum of $8685..82 being the lowest and best bid; said bid is hereby
accepted and the Mayor and" City Clerk are. hereby authorized to enter into a contract
therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on-roll calla
Ubved by Rovig, seconded by Marble, that bid of American LaFrance Engine Company for
chemical apparatus be accepted at price named viz., YA11,600.00; The Mayor and. City Clerk are
hereby authorized to enter into a contract therefor on said bid; Rovig and Marble voting
aye on roll call, Fraser favors Seagrave Bid.
Loved by Marble,-seconded by Fraser, thmt bid of Coluccio & Erickson for improvement. of
Pacific Power and' Light Company and Union Ditches in the sum of X50,97.6.79 be accepted and
contract made accordingly; other bids being, Campbell Construction Company,$56,518.80;
C.L. Creeling,$58;8.5115.30; Fiefe Bros.: Co., $68,800.34; carried, Roviz,Frazer and Marble
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by govig, seconded. by Fraser, that action on bids received for garbage for 1924 be
deferred to a later date to be hereafter fixed by the City Commission; carried, Rovig,Fraser
and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Loved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we do now adjourn; carried, Rovig,Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll call.
