The City Commission rriet in regular session, Mayor Rovig:-�.and Commissioners Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll call.
Loved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser,-that the minutes of the regular meeting. of Monday,
September 24th,1923, and adjourned rleeting thereof be approved--as read; •carried, Rovig;Fraser
and Marble voting aye- -on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that claims on the Current Expense, Park'and Local
Improvement District Revolving Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized.to issue
warrants therefor; . -carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble• voting- aye on. roll call.
lffoved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that action on the electric bids for steel cable be
postponed to Monday, October lst,1923, at 9 o'clock A.M.- carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser,- that this being the - time and place for the adjourned
heEiring on Resolution No-B-839 and there being no objections in writing or otherwise; it is
ordered that further action be taken Thursday, September 27th,1923; at 9 o'clock A.M. carried,
Rovig,Fraser and I+llarble .voting. aye - on. roll• call•.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we do:now adjourn to meet Thursday, September 27th,
1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.

hearing on Resolution No. B -839, it is ordered that Ordinance -No.A -811 be passed as finally
read;.carried, Rovig;Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll'call:
ORDINANCE NO-A-811, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the filling and elimination of
certain open- ditches in the City of Yakima,.the construction of a concrete -lined channel
with protective fencing, and pipe lines for the carriage of water, providing the method of
payment of the cost thereof, and declaring an emergency.. ", eras introduced by Marble and read
by the City Clerk.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that Ordi.nan.c.e. No.A- &11-be passed -to its.second reading
and read by title only;.carried, Rovig.,Fras.er and marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that Ordinance No.A= 811.:.b -e passed to its third reading
and read in full; carried, Rovig,Fras-er and Marble voting aye on roll call.
