The City Commission met in - regular session, lilayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and
l��'Iarbl e voting aye on roll call.
Loved by Rovig, seconded by Marble, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
September 10th, 1923, be approved as read; carried., Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting a;ve on
roll call. -
Lloved by Fraser, seconded by marble, that claims on the Current Expense, Cemetery, Cemetery'
Care and Park Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue currants therefor;
carried, Rovig,Fras.er and Marble voting aye on -roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the Street,Park and Cemetery Payrolls from
September 3rd to September 15th,1923, be allowed -and.the City Clerk authorized to issue
warrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye.on roll call.
.Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that action on the electric bids for steelcable be
postponed to Monday, September 24th,1923, at 9-o'clock A -..M. ca_rri-ed, Rovig,Fraser and
Marble voting. aye on roll call.
Yloved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we do now adjourn to meet Wednesday, September 19
1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and marble voting aye on roll call. -

The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment,Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that this being the time and place for receiving bids
on the City Jail building; the following-bids-were accepted: J.C. Melbourne for building, -
$150.00; E:V. Drinkwater for,plumbing and heating plant the sum of V250.00;.carried, Rovig,
Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Md'ved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we do now adjourn; carried, Rovig,Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll call.
