The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioner Marble voting aye
or. roll call, Fraser absent.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Marble that the minutes of the regular meeting of August 6th,
1923, be approved as read; carried, Rovig and luia,rble voting aye on roll call, Fraser absent.
Moved by 1,Iarble, seconded by Rovig, that the completion of the improvement in Zocal Improve-
ment District No. 373 for constructing a pavement on West Maple Street et al, by the Con-
tractor, Yakima Paving Company, in -the sum of n)24,819.15 is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk hereby
instructed to give notice of the hearing on said roll by publication as required by law;
said hearing to be on Lionday, September 10th,1923, at 9 o'clock A.1iI. carried, Rovig and
Marble voting aye on roll call, Fraser absent.

contractor, Yakima Paving Company, in the sum of $7983.64d.is hereby accepted and the City
