The City Cormiission met in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
July 16th,1.923, be approved as read; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble goting afire on roll
call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by ldartjle, that claims on the Current Expense, Road and Bridge
and Local Improvement District Revolving Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized
to issue warrant-a therefor; carried, R- ovig,Fraser and_.Marble voting aye on roll call.
Itloved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the Street Payroll on-.the Current Expense Fund
from July 9th to July 21st,1923, in the sum of $957.25; Permanent Highway, $198.50; Park
and Playground, $136..50; Cemetery, $174.00 and Cemetery Care, $281.75 be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue t arrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting
aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, .that the completion of the impr,ovenent of constructs
a sewer in Block 32, Local Improvement District No. 377 by the contractor, J.M. DeBlasio,
in the sum of yP922.40, is.hereby accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an
assessment roll therefor and the City Clerk instructed to give notice of hearing on said
roll for Monday the 13th day of August,1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll jaall.

ments levied for the payment.of the cost and. expense of the improvements in Local
Irprovement District No. 375, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attache
for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Marble and _read by the
Ci ty Clerk.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that Ordinance No.A -799 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
