July 16th , 7.923 .
The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that the minutes of the..regular meeting of Monday, duly
9th,1923, and adjourned meeting thereof be accepted as read; carried,.Rovig,Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, sec -onded by Marble, that claiiim on the Current Expense, Cemetery and Park
and Playground Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to .issue warrants therefor;
carried, Rovig , Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the completion of the improvement of the construct-
ion of the irrigation system known as Sub- District No.4 of the General Water system in Local
Improvement District Ng:.372', by the contractor, Coluccio &.Erickson, in the sum of $10,800.71,
is hereby, accepted and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to prepare an assessment roll
and the City Clerk directed to give notice of hearing on said roll for Monday, August 13th,
1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that this being; the time and place for the hearingf)Dn
the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 357 and no one appearing in person or
otherwise to the confirmation of'said roll, it is hereby ordered that the ordinance con-
firming said assessment roll'-be passed as finally read; carried, Rovig;Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO-A-797, entitled: "An Ordinance confirming the assessment roll covering Local
Improvement District No. 357 as created and established by Ordinance No. 688 of the
Ordinances of -the City of Yakima,l"Jashington ", was introduced by Marble, and read by the City
Clerk.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that Ordinance No.A -797 be passed to its second reading
and read by title only; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.

and read in full; carried,Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that Ordinance.No.A -797 be passed as finally read;

ORDINANCE NO-A-798, entitled: "An Ordinance relating to the issuance of bonds evidencing the
indebtedness incurred by the City of Yakima, for the construction of a building by and for
said City, and prescribiig the form thereof; was introduced by Rovig, and read by the City
Clerk.
!,loved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that Ordinance No.A -798 be passed to its second reading
and read by title only; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
