The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll call.
Ttloved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
May 14th,1923, be approved as read; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll
call.
]moved by Fraser, seconded by Rovig, that claims on the Current Expense, Cemetery, Focal
Improvement Districts and Park Fund are hereby allowed and the City ('lerk authorized to
issue wgrrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye `on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the completion of the improvement of construct-
ing an irrigation.system in Local Improvement District No. 375, by -the contractor,
Campbell Construction Company in the sum of $381.30 is hereby accepted, and the City
Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district.and the City Clerk
authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll by publication as required by law;
said hearing to be had on Monday,June llth,1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried., Rovig,Fraser
and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the completion of the improvement for con-
structing an irrigation systero in Local Improvement, Ditrict No. 371, by the contractor
Campbell Construction Company, in the sum of 'Ii,4259.17 is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer authorized to prepare:',, an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk
authorized to give notice of publication as required by law; said hearing to be on Monday
June llth,1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we do now adjourn; carried, Rovig,Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll call.
