April 30th,1923.
The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Rovig, and Commissioners Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll call. t -
Moved by Rovig, ' seconded by Fraser, that -the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday', April
23rd$1923, be pproved as read; carried, Rovig,Fraser and-Marble voting aye,on roll.call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Ma.rb.le, that claims-on the- Current Expense, Cemetery and Park
Funds were alloyed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried, Rovig
Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Loved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the street payroll from April 16th to April 28th,
1923, on the Current Expense Fund in the sum of $910.69; Permanent Highway Fund,$162.00;
Cemetery, $275.50; Cemetery Care, $147.00; Park and Playground, $254.75 be - allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and.Marble voting
aye on roll c all.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the bond of Coluccio & Erickson, contractors, in
the sum of $10,696.15 to construct an irrigation system in Local Improvement District No. 372
to be known as "Sub- District No. 4 ", is hereby approved and placed on file with the City
Clerk; carried, Rovig,Fraser anc vIarble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that tl.e bond-of Yakima Paving Company, Contractor, in
the sum of ~:6'814°70 to cons'truct a. pavement on Nineteenth Avenue from Division Street to
Bonnie Doon Avenue in Local Improvement District ' No . 374, is hereby approved- and filed with
the City Clerk; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we do now adjourn to meet Tuesday, May lst,1923,
at 9 o'clock A.M.-carried, Rovig,Fraser and• Marble voting aye on roll call.

following departments be allowed and the Cit Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor'
Various Depts. , $2056.63; Engineer's Dept., 12565.00; Health Dept..,, $.650..00; Meat Insp. Dept.,',
$386.66; police Dept., $'-2552.33; Fire Dept., $3- 720.00; Miscellaneous Dept., X1080.25 and
Cemetery Dept., $135.00; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded-by Fraser, that we do now adjourn; carried, Rovig,Fraser and ka.rble
voting aye on roll call.
