Cemetery $'258.00 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue' warrants therefor;
carried, Rovig,Fraser and Iilarble voting aye on roll call.

Resolution No.D -831 to construct an irrigation s�rstelP known as they "Hi.11erest Extension"
System and no objections being presented. in writing or otheniise to the proposed improvement,
it is ordered that the ordinance creating a Local Improvement District be laid on the table

on the irrigation systern in Sub District I +o. 4 Local Improvement District No. 372 and no
bids being received, it is ordered that the City Clerk re-advertise by publication as

a bituminous concrete on a crushed rock base on ','hest Maple and-Division Street in Local
Irn-orover_.ent District No. 373 in the sum of $23,324.91. is hereby accepted- as the lowest and
best bid; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Plarble voting a.ye on roll call.

Shoved by I'iiarble, seconded by Fraser, that a protest being presented by over 50% of the
property oyrners abutting upon the proposed inprover.ent of paving Belmont Avenue and Mt.
Vernon Avenue from 16th Avenue North to 15th Avenue North, et a•l, more particularly described
in Resolution ITo.D -830, it is ordered that said improvement be abandoned; carried, - Rovig,
Fraser and I;Iarble voting aye on r:,ll call.

Improvement District Revolving, Park and General Severer Construction. Funds be allo,red and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and I'VIarble voting
aye on roll call.
