Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, Larch 5th,1923, be approved as read; that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, carried, Rovig, Fraser. and lZarb1 e voting aye on roll cal . Moved by Fraser, seconded by Rovig, that claims on the Current Expense, Cemetery and Local Improvement District Revolving Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Itlarble voting aye on roll call. Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the bond of the Campbell Construction Company, in the sum of $4283.20 to construct the Hillcrest ffater System, in Local Improvement District No. 371, is hereby approved and placed on file with the. City, Clerk; carried, Rovig, Fraser and' Marble voting aye on roll call. Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser,. that the completion of the improvement of Sub- District 'IT o. 2 of the General 4hlater Syster,n, Local Improvement District No. 364, by the contractor, Be.-t Hartvrell, in the sum of P4496.81 is hereby accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll. therefor and the City Clerk to give notice of hearing on said roll for Monday, April 9th,1923, at 9 o'clock A.1J. carried, Rovig,Fraser and 1da.rble voting aye on roll call. Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the completion of the improvement of the setrer on Pitcher.•Street in Local Improvement District No. 370,, by the contractor, Coluccio & Erickson,_ in the sum of $1140.24 is hereby accepted. and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll in said district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll. by publication as required be , law for Monday, April 9th,1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll -call. RESOLUTION NO.B -831, BE IT RLSOLVIED By THE CITY C0109ISSION OF T= CITY OF YAKII�IA,15ASHINGTON: That it is the intention of the City Commission to improve Lots 1 to 12 both inclusive in Block 1 and Lots 1 to 12 both inclusive in Block 2 in the George.Ke-r Addition and Lots 1 to 12 both inclusive in Bloc h 1 in Inglewood, all in the City of Yakima,'!'lasnincto -t according to the official plats thereof now on file and or record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, by the purchase of all necessary water rights therefor, and the construction and installation of all necessary pi-,,--)e lines and service connections, said pipe lines to consist of three inch.cresoted wood pipe, and said service connections to consist of-one-half inch galvanized iron pipe, together with all necessary valves, fittings and other appurtenances, for the purpose of supplying water for irrigation and domestic purposes to said property, said pipe lines and service connections to be attached to and receive ,:rater throught the main pipe line and headworks provided for in Local Improvement District No. 371, all of said improvements to be made in accordance with the map, profiles, plans and specifications therefor, to be prepared by the City Engineer and, filed vrith the City Clerk on or before the date fixed in this Resolution for the hearing thereon., Said pipe lines shall bef_ i.n at the main pipe line of the Hillcrest Water System on Lombard Lane and extend south along the center line of the alley in Block 2. of the George Ker Addition to the south line of said Block., also along, the center line of the alley in Block 1 in the George Ker Addition and Block 1, Inglewood., a distance of 600 feet, and shall be provided with galvanized iron pipe service connections extending from said pipe lines to the marginal lines of each lot within said district abutting upon either side of said pipe-.lines. Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that this being the time and. place for the hearing on Resolution No.B -827 for an irrigation system and a protest having been filed by the owners of certain lots in Fairchilds Acre Tracts stating that water service for said tracts is not required at the present time; it is therefore ordered that Tracts 1,2,3,4,12,13,14,15 and 16 and the north 15 feet of Tract 5 be excluded from the proposed district and that these tracts be excepted in the description of the property in the ordinance creating same, ;Arhich ordinance is hereby laid on the'table for one week; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
