The City Cormiission met in regula.r.session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded b;.- Fraser_, that the minutes of, the regular meetings of Monday,
February 19th,1923, be approved as read; carried, I?ovig�,Fraser and Marble voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Fraser,, seconded by Marble, that claims on the Current Expense, Cemetery and
General Sewer Construction Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants
therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call..
'Moved by Marble, :second.ed. by Fraser, that the completion of the work of constructing a
sewer in Local. Improvert?ent District No. 305, by, the contractor, R-M.` Hard -r y in the sun, of
$3523.00 is hereby accepted and`the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll
in said district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said assessment
roll to be heard on Monday, March 19th,1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, 1'ovig,Fraser and
Marble 'voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A -759, entitled: "An Ordinance appropriating money for the payment of the
damage claim of Clara. T. Marion, was introd? ?ced by Marble and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that Ordinance 111o.A -759 be passed to its beco,d reading
and read. by_ title. only.;. carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that Ordinance No.A -759 be passed to its third reading
and read in full; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Fraser,seconded by Rovig, that the salary of Forrest Herring, Deputy City
Treasurer be the sum of $110.00 from.and after the 1st day of February,1923; carried,

allowed and. the City Clerk authorized to issue viarrants therefor: Various Depts., $2056.63;
Police Dept., $2395-00; Fire Dept., $'3614.86 ; Health Dept., '$,'885.51r); Bleat Inspection Dept.,
��386.66; Engineer's Dept., $2902.00; L.I.D Revolving Dept., vf110.00; Cemetery Fund,
�$�135.00; Garbage Disposal Fund, $815.25 and'Library, $596.86; carried, Rovig,Fraser and
I.!Iarble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the completion of the contract for constructing
an irrigation system in Sub - District No. 2, Local Improvement District No. 364, by the
contractor, pert Hartwell, in the sum of $4496.81 is hereby accepted and the City Engineer
authorized to prepare an assessment roll therefor, and the City Clerk authorized to give
notice of hearing on said roll by publication as required by law for Monday, March 26th,
1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser. that the completion of the contract for constructing
a sewer in .Block 2, Local Improvement District No. 369, by the contractor, Hardy Construction
Company, in the sum of $1286.25, is hereby accepted and the City Engineer authorized to
prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of
hearing on said assessment roll by publication as required byr latir,said hearing to be had on
Monday, the 26th day of March 1923, at 9 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble votinf
aye on roll call.
