RESOLUTION NO.13- 824,WHYREAS, by Ordinance No.A-594., creating and establishing Loral Improve-
n&V District No. 308, providing for the construction of A general water system,it was
provided -thst. whenever it was deemed expedient by the City Commission to install additional
pipe lines, laterals and service connections to deliver water to individual lots,.trscts
and parcels of land within the limits of said District,. euch other Local Improvement Distric
would -be established as'might be deemed necessary and the cost and expense to be incurred 'in
furnishing 9nd supplying such property with water for irrigation and domestic uses would be
paid by levying special assessments upon property within such district i:n'the manner pro-
vided by law, and'
WHEREAS, it is now deemed expedient by the City;-Comm?iQ4ion tho.t a Local_ Impr.ove-
men_t District be formed for the purpose of constructing the necessary pipe lines. snd
appurtenances and acquiring necegsryry water rights a°rd rights of way in order to supply
various lots -and tracts, of land with water for irrigation and domestic 'purposes.

Pacific Avenue to Washington Street, thence south along a line 5 feet east of the west 'line
of Lots 1 and 8 in.Central Park Addition to a point 40 feet north of Central Avenue; along
the alley east of South Seventh Street from Pacific Avenue to Central Avenue, thence west
along Central Avenue to South Seventh Street, thence south along South Seventh Street to
a point 40 feet north of Lenox Avenue; along'the alley east of South Eighth Street from
Pacific Avenue to Vb'ashington Street; also a lateral pipe line beginning on• Central Avenue
et the alley east of South Seventh Street and extending east along Central Avenue` to South

RESOLUT10N 'NO.A -825, BE IT RESOLVE) BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAK_IMA,WASHINGTON:
That.' it is its intention to improveb. -Jest Maple` Street from Seventh Avenue South
to Ninth „venue South; Division Street from Ninth Avenue South; to' Twelfth Avenue South and
Tenth Avenue South-from Division Street to West Yakima Avenue by grading and paving the game
with either a one course. Portland cement concrete pavement or a pavement hsving'n bituminous
concrete wearing surface.and either a Portland cement concrete, base, a black -base, or a
crushed rock base, or with a pavement having; a bit•ulithic wearing surface and either a
Portland cement concrete base, a black base, or a crushed rock base, all" of said paver:ents to
be 32 feet in width excepting on'that part of Division Street between Eleventh Avenue South
anc? Plegsnnt Avenue where the pavement is.'to consist of the widening of the existing pavement
so as to give a 75 foot radius curve at the northwest corner of the intersection °of Eleventh
Aventie'and'Divieion'Street, 'this improvement to include the construction of concrete curbs
along both sides of the pavement, together with the necessary culverts, pipes and drains for
