Moved by Marble, seconded by Rovig, that the bid of The Hardy Construction Company in the stan
of $1286.25 to construct a' sewer' on North Front Street , ?dock 2., .Local Improvement D.is.tr.ict.
No. 369, ds hereby accepted as the lowest and best bid; carried, Rovig,Fra4er and Marble
voting aye on roll call.

$7600.00 for damages to have been sustained by reason of falling on the -sidewalk.on Yakima
Avenue in front of Jones & Hawkes Jewelry Store is hereby rejected; carried, Rovig,Fraser and

Moved by-Marble, seconded. by Fraser, that the awarding of the contract for grading and gravel -
inv Nineteenth Avenue South in Local Improvement District No. 367,49 hereby abandoned 'and
all bids rejected for the reason that a new petition including an increase in property is .
contemplated by the property owners included in said district and further proceedings for the
