October 9th,1922.
The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll. ca'11. -
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Yondny, the
2nd day o.f October,1922, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read; carried, Rovig,
Fraser and Mnrbld- voting aye on. roll call..
Moved by Fraser, seconded by X'arble, that claims on the Current Expense,Cenetery, Park
and Local Improvement Funds be alloyed and the- City Clerk - authorized to issue werrants
therefor; carried, Rovig,Frsser and Illarble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that this being the Virne and place for the herring
on the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No.343 to,construct a psver^ent in the
alley in *Block 71n-•andr°no`:objectione being made in uniting or otherwise, it is ordered
that the ordinance confirming said roll be passed as read; carried, Rovig,Frnser and
Marble voting aye- on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.A -701, entitled: "An Ordinance confirming the assessment roll covering Local
Improvement District No'343 as created and established by Ordinance No.A -648 of the
Ordinances of the City of Yakima ,Vlashington ", was introdu•c-ed -by Brarble nnd•.rea.d by the
City Clerk. -
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that Ordinance No.A -701 be passed to its second
reading nnd' read by title only; carried, R.ovig,Frsser and Marble voting aye on roll call..

reading and read in full; carried, Rovig,Freser and Marble voting a, ye on roll call.

Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that this being the time and place for the hearing
on the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No.354 to construct a cement side-
walk on Summitview Avenue et al., and no objections being presented in writing or
otherwise, it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said roll be pasted a^ read;
carried, Rovig,Frnser and I1farble voting aye on roll call.

bids on the sewer in the alley east of Eighteenth Avenue in,Local Improvement, District
No.346, the following bids were received; R.M. Hardy, $1036.00; J.M. DeRlsgio,$1025.70;
Geary &. Dunn, $'924.00 and Coluccio & Erickson, 0960.75; Geary & Dunn being the lowest and
best bidders, said contrget was awarded to them in the sum of $924.00; carried, Rovig,
Fraser .and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that this being the time. and place for receiving bids
on the Eighteenth Avenue sidewalk district, Local Improvement District No. 361, the
following bids were received: Geary & Dunn, x"1017.83; Coluccio & Erickson, $1007.27; the
latter being the lowest and best bid, said contract was awarded to Coluccio & Erickson
in the sum of $1007.27; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll on-110

on the Second Avenue Rorth, sidewalk district in Local Improvement District No.362, the
.following -bids' were received: Geary & Dunn, 83032.32; Coluccio & Erickson, X3177.9].;••Yakima 1.
Paving Company; 3275.97;—Genry & Dunn being the lowest and best bidder, said, contract was
swarded to them in the sum of $3032.32; carried, Rovig,Fraser and .Marble voting aye. on.
