The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and-Marble
voting aye on roll call.
Mowed _by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that the minutes of the regular meeting Df Tuesday,
September 5th,3.922, and adjourned meeting thereof be, approved as read; carried, Rovig, Fraser
and Marble voting aye on roll ca 11.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by .Marble, that claims on the Current Expense, Park,Cemetery and
Local Improvement Funds be allowed and the7City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor;
carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO..A -691, entitled: "An.Ordinance providing for the construction of a sewer on
Nineteenth Avenue' .South in the City of Yakima, establishing a Locnl*Improvement District,
providing a method o,f payment therefor, and creating a special`,was introduced by Marble
and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble; that Ordinance No..A -691 be passed to its second reading
and read by title only; carried, Rovig,Fraser and ffarble voting Aye on-roll call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that Ordinarice.No..A -691 be passed to its third reading
and read in full; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting Aye on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble, that Ord.inance No..A -691 be passed as finally rend;
carried, Rovi.g,Freser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by-Marble, seconded�by Fraser, that the City Clerk give notice to contractors for* the
construction of a sewer on Nineteenth°�.South in Local Improvement. District No.360; said bids
to be received on Monday, September 25th,1922, at. the hour of 10 o'clock A.M. carried, Rovig,
Fraser and Marble voting aye on, roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the passage of the Ordinance �cdonf:irm.Yng the assess -
mentdroll in Local Improvement District'No.330 be continued for one week; carried, Rovig,
Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser,-that the construction of paving the alley in Plock. 71,
Local Improvement-District No.343, by the contrsctorare. Geary & Dunn, in the sum of $1600.69
is hereby Accepted and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on the nssesarnent
roll on Monday the .9th day of October,1922, at 9 o'clock A.M; carried, :Rovig,Fraser and -
Marble voting aye on roll call.

ORDINANCE NO.Ad692, entitled: "An Ordinance relating to and regulating the buainest, of
electrical wiring in.the.City_gf Yakima, providing for the .issuance of a license- therefor and
the rev.ocstion:thereof,.fixing a license fee for the purposes of regulation qnd revenue,
providing penalties for its violation, repealing all Ordinances and parte of Ordinaricea in
conflict herewith and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Marble and rend by the City
Clerk.

and read by title only; carried, R.ovig,Frager end Marble voting aye on roll. call.
