The City Commi-s,sion met in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Finser and I%"arble
voting qye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
August 14th,1922, and adjourned meeting thexeof be approved as read; carried, Rovig,Fraser
and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the construction of the paving on South Second
Street in Local, Improvement District 2 o.330 by the contractor, Yakima Paving; Company, in the
sum of 063,970.27 is hereby accepted and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of
hearing on the assessment roll to be heard AFonday, September llth,1922, at 9 o'clock A.M.

Moved by Marble , seconded -by Fraser, than claims on the Current Fxpense, Park and Cemetery
Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to Tissue warrants therefor; carried,-Rovig.,
Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, .seconded by Fraser, that the payrolls for the Street, Park and Cemetery
Departments from August 7th to August 21st,1922, be allowed acid the City Clerk authorized
to issue warrants therefor; carried, Rovig,Frsser and 1"arble voting nyeLon roll call.
Moved by Marble, `:seconded by Fraser, that the bid of S.A. Campbell, in the sum of
$72,095.85 be accepted as the lowest and best bid for constructing the laterals for
Sub District No.]. of the General ,later System in Local Improvement District Yo.353; c= ;cried,
Rovig,Frnser and Marble voting aye on roll. cs].1.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we do now adjourn; carried, Rovig,Fraser and
Marble voting aye on roll. -call.
