The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commissioners Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll_call.-
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
.Tune 26th,1922, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read; carried; Rovig,Fraser and
Marble voting aye on. roll call. ,
Moved by Fraser, zeconded by Rovig„ that claims on the Current Expense, Cemetery, Park and
Local Improvement District Funds be allowed and the City.,Clerk authorized to issue warrants
therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the bond of Geary `& Dunn, in the sum,:of $853.50
to construct a sei,�er in the alley east of 6th Avenue in I:ocal Improvement District No.344.

Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the payroll for the Street, Cemetery, Cemetery
Care and Parka.snd Playground Departments in the sum of $1356.82; $77.00; $262.50; X244.98
and 4224.00 be allowed and the City Clerk hereby authorized to issue vnrrnnts therefor';

Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the bond of J.M. DeRlagio in the slits of $960.86 to
construct an irrigation system in Loma Vista Addition in Local Improvement District No. 342
is hereby accepted and placed on file with the City Clerk; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble
voting aye on-roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that this being the time and place for the hearing on
the assessment.roll in Local Improvement District No. 341 grid no protests being "presented
either in person or otherwise, Ordinance No.A -6.72 confirming said assessment roll is hereby
ordered passed; carried; Rovig,Fraser and Yarble voting aye on roll call.
ORDINAITCE NO.A -671, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of s portion of
South Third Street by grading and paving the Game, establishing a Local Improvement District;
providing for the method of payment therefor and creating a special fund ", was introduced
by Marble, and read by the City Clerk.

of $020.03 to construct a sidewalk on South 7th Street in Local Improvement District No.350
