sewer eas=t and rest of S. 6th St. in L.I.D. 4351, to wit; R,M. Hardy, $11033.8o; Coludcio
& Erickson, x"9857,40 and Geary & Dunn 8693.3E be taken under advisement until 1:30 P.M;
carried, Rovig and Marble voting aye, Fraser absent on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Rovig, that the following bids for the.construction of a
Water System known as the "Nob Hill Extension" in L.I.D. { 352, to wit; Geary &. Dunn %89967.89
and J.M. DeBlgsio $948.92, be taken under advisement until 1:30 P.M; carried, Rovig and
Marble voting aye., Fraser absent on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded -by- Rovig, that thin being, the time and place for the hearing on
Resolution ITo.• B -797 for constructing a pavement on S. Third S in- L.IoD. , #340, and no
protests being presented either in writing or othervrise, it is ordered. that the ordinr:nce
creating said .local improvement district for said improvement be laid on the table for one
week; carried,, Rovig and Marble voting aye, Fraser, absent on roll- call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Rovig, that thin being the time and place for the hoering on
the assessment roll in L.I.D. #339, and no protests being presented either in writing or
otherwise, it is ordered that Ordinance No.- A -670 confirming said assessment roll be
passed.;- carried, Rovig and Marble voting; aye., Fraser absent on roll call.
