The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Rovig and Commics.ioners Fraser and Marble
voting aye on roll- .call..
Moved by Rovig, seconded. by Fraser, that the minute's of the regular meeting of Monday,
May- 22nd,1922, be approved as read; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call
Moved by Marble, .-seconded by Rovig, that the payrolls for the Street Department from
May 15th to the 27th; inclusive in the gum of $953.3:5; 'Park Department, •.- 209.00; Permanent
Highway, $98.06; General Sewer Construction, $82.50; Cemetery Department, X0447.50; Cemetery
Cara Department, '"161.00 are hereby allowed and the City Clerk authorized to i -s'ue warrant-s
therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Vnrble voting eye on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Rovig, that claims on the Current Expense, Park, Cemetery and
General Sever System Funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants
therefor; carried, Rovig,Fraserr%snd, Marble voting aye on roll call-.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that this being the time and place for the hearing
for a Sewer in 13,1ock 29,6, Lund's Addition and no protests in writing or otherwise being;
presented, the Ordinance creating a Local Improvement District complete in the form to be
finally passed is ordered laid on the table for one week; carried, Rovig, Fraser and Tart'le
voting eye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Rovig, that this being the time and place for the hearing for
paving south Third Street; there being no written protests presented.by the property owners,
the ordinance creating -said Local Improvement District complete in the form to be finally
pasted is. ordered laid on the table for one week; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting
aye on roll call.
Moved by Marble, seconded by Fraser, that the bid of the Yakima Paving Company for re-
inforcing the pavement on South First Street in the Gum of 19994.1.0 for Pituminous..wearing
surface and the sum of 1p10,482.02 for bitulithic wearing surface, was the only bid received;
and final disposition of same continued to.1:30 P.M. carried, Rovig,Fr.e -er and IV.arble,
voting- a -ye on roll call.
Moved by Rovig, seconded by Fraser, that we do now adjourn to'meet at 1:30 P.M. carried,
Rovig,Fraser and Marble voting aye on roll call.

Moved by I4arble, - seconded by Fraser, that the bid of the Yakima Paving Company for a
Pituminous Concrete Pavement in the sum of $9994.10 to re- surface South Fiat Street is
heresy accepted; enrr.ied,. Rovig,Frawer and Marble voting aye on roll calla
ORDINANCE NO.A -655, entitled: "An Ordinance fixing the time of delinquency.of the several
installments of the assessment: levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the
improvements in Local Improvement District No.332, and. providing for the issuance of bonds
with coupons attached for the payment of the unpaid portion of the cost and expense of said
improvement ", was introduced by Marble, and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Fraser,, seconded by Marble, that Ordinance No.A -655 be pasted to its second
reading and read by title only; carried, Rovig,Fraser and Yarble voting al,e on roll c►11.
Moved by Fraser, seconded by Marble ,'that Ordinance No.A -655 be passed to its third
reading and read in full; carried, Rovig,Fraser snd burble voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Fraser, eeconded by Marble, that Ordinance No.A -655 be passed as finally read;
carried, Rovig,Frasei° and Marble voting aye on roll call.
