The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, November 15, 1948, were approved as .read. Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that the following claims be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following funds: Current Expense $12,595.67; Street $3,029.71; ,Library 1, 674.46; Cemetery :' 55.79; L.I .D's $25,125.63; Irrigation . 306.17; Water *9;143.51; F.R. & P. x;45.38; Gas 2c Oil $2050.77 and Cwn. Res. (:��,Iun. Purp) $750.00: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. P:Zoved by Buck, seconded by Bishop that the purchase of rights of way from Clifford M. Campbell and wife and D.A. Fellows and wife i n connection with the second supply main_ for Nob Hill District is hereby ratified and confirmed: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -943, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 629, and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion thereof. Moved by Clark, seconded by Buck that Ordinance No. B -943 be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and .Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -9441 fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 641, and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion thereof. Moved by Clark, seconded by Buck that Ordinance No. B -944 be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -945, amending Ordinance No. B -716 entitled: "AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of property in the City of Yakima, Washington, by the construction of a domestic water system; establishing a local improvement district, providing for the method of payment therefor and creating a special fund." Moved by Buck, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -945, amending Section six of Ordinance No. B -716 be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and 'Clark voting aye on roll call.
