The C -ity Council met in regular session, Councilmen Kurbitz and Robinson, City Manager and City
Attorney Andrews present on roll call. Councilmen Brazier, Lambert, Larson, Lynch and Munger
absent and excused.
There being no quorum, Councilman Robinson announced that, in accordance with the action of the
City Council at their previous meeting of June 15', 1964, all matters fixed for hearing on this
date are to be continued until the regular meeting,of June 29, 1964.
Mr.,Curt Heath, 420 Wright Avenue and Mrs. Ralph Jackson, 419 North 21st Avenue,being present
indicated that they wished to protest the annexation as described on Petition No. 264 and filed
by Jack G. Cahoon for Lincoln Center, Inc. and Mr. Heath filed with the Clerk of the Council,
written protests signed by Jim Brunner and Mr. & Mrs. James Sharples.-.'
There being no quorum present, the meeting was adjourned without further action.
