SEPTEMBER 23, 1963
In accordance with {action taken by the City Council at their regular meeting of September 23, 1963
Mayor Larson called the regular meeting of the Council to order at the -hour of 3 o'clock p.m.
Councilman Larson Lemon and Lynch were present on roll call. Councilman Brazier, Kurbitz, Munger,,
and Robinson absent and excused. Mayor Larson stating that since a quorum is not present and
there being no indication that a quorum will be present, recessed the meeting to the next regular
meeting to be held Sept. 30, 1963 at 3 o'clock-p.m. '
